• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for your booking. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the specified cancellation penalties may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish proof of payment and identification during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

1. If cancellation is made 7 or more days before arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
2. If cancellation is made between 5 and 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. If cancellation is made within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
4. If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Privacy Policy

1. This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that guests give us when they use this website.
2. We are committed to ensuring that the guests' privacy is protected. Should we ask the visitor or guest to provide certain information by which they can be identified when using this website, then the visitor or guest can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
3. The Tathastu Collection is committed to the privacy of everyone who accesses our website, tathastucollection.com. It only collects personal data about the visitor/guest as needed to provide them with outstanding services, and to help process their requests or provide them with information.

Booking Policy

• Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
• Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
• Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms & conditions as per hotel policy shall be applicable.
• Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms & Conditions.
• In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
• The reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.

Child Policy and Extra Bed Policy & Rates

• No charge for a child below 6 years when accommodated in the same room as the parents without an extra bed.
• Extra charge for a child between 6 and 12 years would be INR 1,500 CPAI (Charges Per Additional Individual) per day per child.
• Children above 12 years would be considered adults. An extra adult charge would be INR 2,000 CPAI per day per person. 1 extra adult would be allowed in the room.
